Following a thirty-year long experience in interior design, interior decoration and property refurbishing, I approached real estate brokerage in 2013, when I was also formally certified as an agent. Since then, I made it the focus of my activity.
I started practicing by joining one of the leading international real estate networks, where I experienced a swift growth by leveraging permanent education, steady commitment, sheer empathy and remarkable negotiation skills, thereby allowing me to immediately set up my own team with Alfonso D’Elia.

Following a bright entrepreneurial career in interior design, leveraging an over thirty-year long commercial experience and exploiting my remarkable interpersonal skills, I naturally and enthusiastically transitioned to real estate consulting.
Further to my formal certification as a real estate broker, I co- founded the Team Forcelli with Mariantonietta Forcelli, my life-long business partner and spouse.
Customers have been steadily satisficed by my dynamism, determination, passion and commitment during these years of activity.
