Research mandate
We request that our clients sign a “research mandate”, thereby clarifying that no fee will be imposed on them in case of failure to achieve the agreed goal. This is just to allow us to add value to our research efforts and proceed.
Market assessment
Alfa Immobiliare both assesses known market opportunities and evaluate properties that are not yet published on the market, by leveraging on the web of partnering real estate agencies and independent brokers. Once the most fitting opportunities have been found, we organize preliminary on-site visits aimed at verifying that such real estates are indeed suitable to our clients’ needs.
Share of results
We then share our search results with our clients and we therefore arrange for the ensuing onsite visits with them and manage the relevant associated activities.
Documents inspection
Finally we proceed to a detailed due diligence on the documents pertaining to the chosen real estate.
